Name, Purpose and Official Address of the Hall of Sophia

The name of this organization is the “Hall of Sophia.”

The Hall of Sophia is an organization of people who have scored above average intelligence on a test of general intelligence.

The Society exists to facilitate interaction among its members and to encourage and assist the efforts of his members to attain high levels achievement in the fields of mathematics, theology, the sciences, philosophy, and art.

The name of the Hall of Sophia official journal is Sophia.

For legal purposes, the address of the society is that of the Administrator.

Admission Standards of the Hall of Sophia

All present and former members of the Hall of Sophia as of the date of redaction of this document are presumed to have qualified for membership in Hall of Sophia.

Members shall be admitted to the Hall of Sophia upon presentation of proof of performance at the ninety percentile or more on at least three tests by any of the following designers, Kevin Langdon, Ronald K. Hoeflin, Paul Cooijmans, Nikos Lygeros, Mislav Predavec, Robert Lato, Jonathan Wai, Laurent Dubois, Jason Betts, Naoki Kouda, Ivan Ivec, Dr. Greg Groove, James Dorsey and supervised tests only after his admission letter gets approval by the membership officer.

Members rights of the Hall of Sophia

Members of the Hall of Sophia are entitled to the following rights:

Freedom of speech

All members of the Hall of Sophia have the right to speech freely about any subject on the Facebook group, forums, chat servers and web pages of the society.

No administrator of the society can censorship or block the access to the Facebook group, forums, chat servers and web pages to any members of the Hall of Sophia.

Right to be published

All members of the Hall of Sophia have the right to publish his works on Sophia, the journal and blog of the society, if they follow the guidelines described on the Contribution Agreement of the society.

No editor of Sophia, the journal and blog of the society, can block or censorship the works submitted for publishing in Sophia, the journal and blog of the society, if they follow the guidelines described in the Contribution Agreement of the society.

Members that submitted works for publishing in Sophia, the journal and blog of the society, following the guidelines described in the Contribution Agreement of the Society and didn’t get published can demand a revision of his work by members of the society, in case the members find that the work submitted for publishing was censored or blocked by the Editor of Sophia, the society and blog of the society, members of the society can demand that the Editor publish the work in the next number or blog post of Sophia, the journal and blog of the society.

Right to privacy

All members of the Hall of Sophia have the right to confidentiality in officers handling of their postal and e-mail addresses and personal data with exception of his I.Q. scores.

As a society that believes that genius it’s the driver of humanity the Hall of Sophia cheers and believes that intellectual honesty, integrity, and commitment are the foundations on which positive changes happen.

Termination of rights

No administrator, editor or member of the Hall of Sophia can abrogate or violate these rights.

In case an administrator, editor or member of the Hall of Sophia violates the rights of the members and values of the society his membership will be terminated.
